This agreement is between ModelsDesired.com, LLC and the
model.
1)
MODEL declares that she/he is at least 18 years of age and
has the right to contract in
his or her own name. If model is
under 18 years of age,
parent or legal guardian declares they
are the legal custodian
of the MODEL, and have the authority
to sign legal documents
for MODEL.
2)
MODEL agrees that all content, photographic,
videoimages,
and audio, given to us by the model will remain
on
ModelsDesired.com website as part of the models
portfolio.
Modelsdesired.com is not responsible for any of
your photos,
etc being stolen off of our site.
ModelsDesired.com or any
affiliates shall not be liable to you or anyone
else for
anything. You hereby waive all claims against
ModelsDesired.com
3)
The MODEL is aware that all content may
be made available
to the public on the
Internet-World Wide Web, video
distribution, and but
not limited to traditional print media.
Further, the MODEL is
aware of the nature of the internet and
the World Wide Web,
video distribution, and MODEL understands
and accepts all risks.
4)
MODEL understands that any content
released to MODEL
remains the sole
property of Models Desired and must be
surrendered upon Models
Desired request. Meaning, only the
Flash file, and html
setups not the MODEL'S portraits.
Further, MODEL
understands that MODEL must obtain written
permission in order to
sell, publish, reuse, distribute, or
send any content
released to MODELS possession. Meaning, only
the Flash file, and html
setups not the MODEL'S portraits.
5) I the
model for good and valuable consideration, the
receipt of which has
already been agreed upon, give to
ModelsDesired.com
permission to use in digital form and or
website pictures that I will be
submitting of myself to be
used for/on
ModelsDesired.com.

if your portraits are being taken by one of our premier photographers.
a) I take responsibility for my photos
turned in on behalf of the photographer who had taken them and will send ModelsDesired.com the photographers name so they may receive credit for my
photos taken. If I decide not to send the photographers info I take full
responsibility.
b) I, the undersigned,
hereby warrant the foregoing is
true. I have
freely posed and performed for content
for Models Desired.
I have read the foregoing release and
understand it in its
entirety before signing.
